PFPP 1113 Module I - Good Preparation Practice (GPP)
INTAKE MAC 2027

In order to protect the end user, sterile pharmaceutical products compounded should be of high quality, safe and effective. They should be prepared in such a way that they are fit for their intended purpose and that their quality consistently complies with the defined requirements. To achieve this objective reliably, there should be a comprehensively designed and correctly implemented quality assurance system, incorporating the principles of Good Preparation Practices. Good Preparation Practice is that part of the quality assurance system which ensures that products are consistently prepared to appropriate quality standards.
